Pal College, Haldwani provides campus placement assistance to the interested final year students. Training and Placement Cell at PCTM is a support system which trains and places final year students in the best known corporate organizations all over India.

The students are trained to acquire jobs through a variety of programs run by the Placement & Training Cell such as:

• Industry to Institute Programs – Corporate leaders from leading industries are invited regularly to interact with students.
• Various Training Programs are organized to train the students in the areas of Business Aptitude, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability through reputed External Training centers.
• Technical training program are being conducted by leading experts
• Language learning programs are organized to develop job-oriented communication skills of students.
• Mock Interviews are organized to train students so that they can meet the expectations of HR and Technical Managers of the corporate world.
• Training for various Government, Public Sector and Bank Officers Exams

Student Development Programs

Pal College Haldwani organizes a series of academic and extra-curricular programs which can hone the subject skills of students but can also groom their personality in a holistic manner.

• A seminar on entrepreneurship Development was conducted for the students in association with Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust( BYST) . The main aim behind the seminar is to motivate and aware students towards entrepreneurship.
• A one day online seminar on Investor Awareness: Seminar on Mutual Funds and Stock Market was organized by Skyes and Ray Edupro, Mumbai for BBA students. The objective of this seminar to provide information about Mutual funds and Stock market.
• An industrial Visit was organized for B.Sc. Biotechnology students at Pal Frozen Food Pvt. Ltd, Haldwani. Through this visit students got to know various techniques, methods and laboratory facilities involved in a production of Frozen foods.
• A one day workshop was organized for BCA final year students on “ Advance Java”. Dr. Mukesh Joshi was the resource person who taught students about APPLET and JAVA SERVELET.
• An Industrial Visit was organized for BHM and DHA students in Evaan Resort, Ramnagar to make them understand the functioning of various departments in the hotel industry.
• A four days Life Skill Training programme for BBA, BCA, BHM and Biotech final year students was organized in association with Global Talent Track (GTT) - Barclays. The aim of the program was to enhance skill-set of students with the objective of making them ready for jobs.
• A Group discussion session was organized for final year students by Dr. Mukesh Pandey (Professor GBPUAT & IIM-Calcutta alumnus). He provided insights into various strategies to performance well in Group discussions.
• A webinar was organized by Infyni Inc., Gurugram for BCA final year students on career in AI-ML applications.
• A one day seminar on “Investor Awareness” was organized for BBA students in association with Beams Outsourcing Services. The main aim was to train students in investment planning.
• A session on Resume writing was organized for final year students by Prof. Mukesh Pandey (Professor GBPUAT & IIM-Calcutta alumnus). He explained the do’s and don’t’s of resume writing.
• A one day workshop on “Testing” was organized for BCA students where they understood the techniques of live testing on any website.
• An Industrial Visit was organized for Biotechnology students. The students visited at CSIR-CIMAP, Pantnagar. Students got to know the practical implications of subjects.
• BHM visited to Anchal Dairy, Lalkuan to understand the entire process of milk distribution.
